Betty Jane Rehl

Betty Jane Rehl, 78, of Springtown, Pohatcong Township, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 24, 2023, in Palmer Township, PA.

Born on April 7, 1945, she was the daughter of the late John M. and Beatrice M. Wright Ballard. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Rehl, Sr., who passed away in 2006.

Betty was a loving wife, devoted mother, & grandmother.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, listening to the radio, and watching sports.  Betty was an avid fan of the Hallmark movies as she was the Pittsburgh Steelers, New York Yankees, and NASCAR.  Betty loved calling her family to talk about her latest TV finds.  She loved going shopping with her sister, nieces, daughter, granddaughter, and best friend.  As a young woman, Betty worked at Fredwell in Easton.  In her later years, Betty worked at Koh-I-Noor in Bloomsbury.

Betty is survived by her children, Jodi Rehl-Guiducci, of Palmer Township, PA, and David Rehl, of Texas, her grandchildren, Vincent Guiducci IV, Bella Guiducci, Jacqueline Cameron and Morgan Banghart, her great-grandchildren, her siblings; Sharon Castner of Phillipsburg, NJ, Elsie Ganguzza  and her husband Anthony of Phillipsburg, NJ, and James Wright of Easton, PA, and her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Along with her husband and parents, Betty was predeceased by her sons, William L. Rehl, Jr. who passed away in 2021 and Joseph M. Rehl who passed away at birth in 1970, and her brother John Ballard who passed away in 1993, and beloved sister Patricia Kichline who passed away in 2020.

A Viewing is scheduled for Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 9 to 11 AM, at the Finegan Funeral Home, 924 Second Avenue, Alpha, NJ, with a Funeral Service to directly follow. The interment will then be at the Frenchtown Cemetery, Frenchtown, NJ.
