Brian Edward Smith

Brian Edward Smith, 63, of Easton, PA, passed away while surrounded by his family, on Thursday, February 11, 2021.

Born on April 18, 1957, in Easton, PA, he was the son of the late Everett and Dorothy (Moore) Smith.

Brian was a graduate of Notre Dame High School’s class of 1975 and he went on to work for Columbia Gas for 38 years. Brian enjoyed traveling, surf fishing in Delaware and spending time with his family. He especially loved being on the beach with his grandchildren.

Brian is survived by his wife, Marcie Lee (Wernett) Smith, his children; Eric Smith and his wife Jeanine and Jessica Swenson and her husband Sean, his grandchildren; Gabriel, Ryleigh and Cameron, his siblings; Michael Smith and Diane Lambert and his nieces and nephews.

A Calling Hour is scheduled for Wednesday, February 17, 2021, from 9 to 10 AM at the Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Easton, PA, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:30 AM at the St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church, 4049 Hartley Ave, Easton, PA. The interment will then be held at the Northampton Memorial Shrine.
