Cynthia Ann Tone

Cynthia Ann Tone, 63, of Easton, PA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 29, 2022. 

Born on October 1, 1958, Cynthia was the daughter of the late William W. Ellis, Jr. and Lorna M. (Portmess) Ellis.

Along with her mother, Cynthia is survived by her sons, Kyle Ellis and his wife, Melissa, and Matthew Tone, her granddaughters, Amelia Grace and Emma Bean Ellis, her siblings, Jay Ellis and his wife, Jody Malcolm, Michael Ellis, Nancy Limbeck, Geoffrey Ellis and his wife, Lauren, and Susan Ellis and her husband, Richard Boak. She was a beloved Aunt to her many nieces and nephews.

Cindy was employed by the Follet Corporation for 33 years where she served in a number of accounting positions. While raising her two sons and working full time, she also earned her Master in Business Administration from DeSales University. After she retired in 2019, Cindy volunteered her time with the Moravian Historical Society. She was devoted to her two granddaughters and enjoyed spending time with them every day.

Visiting Hours are scheduled for Thursday, October 6, 2022, from 10 AM to 12 PM at the Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Easton, PA, with a Funeral Service to directly follow. The interment will then be at the Northampton Memorial Shrine, Easton, PA.
