Dulce G. Angeles

Dulce G. Angeles, 74, of Palmer Twp., Pa., passed away peacefully on Novemeber1, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill.

She was born on January 21, 1947 in Lucena Quezon, Philippines. Dulce was the daughter of the late Eustaquio Gavina and Gloria Abutal.

She was the Director / Principal of Mustard Seed Child Development Center, in Newark, NJ, where she had a lifelong love for children. Dulce loved her church, and was very active at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a very giving person who had a big heart.

She was an active member of the Filipino Catholic Community Diocese of Allentown and was a member of BLD, Bukasloob Sadiyos.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Angelie Angeles, and her brother, Rosauro Gavina.

Dulce is survived by her loving husband, William Marshall of Palmer Twp., Pa, her sons, Dennis Angeles and his wife Michelle of Princeton, NJ, and Michael Angeles of Mill Valley, CA., along with her grandchildren; Connor, Spencer, Lorenzo and Kai Angeles. She is also survived by many aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews, and her dogs, Angelie, Mary and Josie.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 8, 2021 from 5P.M. to 8 P.M. at The Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Palmer Twp., PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 10:30A.M. at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Ave., Palmer Twp., Pa. Interment will be held privately at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Jane’s Building Fund.
