Germaine J. Jodoin

Germaine J. Jodoin, 96, of Bethlehem Township, PA, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2021.

Born on April 12, 1924, in Lowell, MA, she was the daughter of the late Emile and Ernestine (Bernier) Camden.

Germaine simply adored her partner in life, Joe, her belated husband who left us in body only 20 years ago. She lived her life to the fullest after his passing. She never said no to anything involving spending time with her family, whether it be card games, shopping for great deals, trips to the city, going on rides for ice cream or simply going to lunch, always with her coupons. She was a loving mother who was extremely devoted to her Catholic upbringing.

Germaine is survived by her children; Susan Eilenberger, of East Stroudsburg, PA, Joseph Jodoin and his wife Terri, of Dataw Island, SC, Bruce Jodoin, of Easton, PA and Brian Jodoin and his wife Carol, of Northampton, PA, her grandchildren; David Eilenberger, Laura Witcraft, Hayley Wade and Brian Jodoin, her great-grandchildren, David, Alicia and Benjamin, her sister, Claire Armstrong and her many nieces and nephews. Along with her husband and parents, Germaine was predeceased by her siblings; Helen Paquette, Simone Gagnon and Raymond Camden.

A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 10 AM on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at the St. Mary Church, 830 5th Ave, Alpha, NJ. The entombment will immediately follow at the St. Mary Mausoleum.
