Joyce L. Mason

Joyce L. Mason, 92, of Palmer Township, PA, passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021.

Born on February 25, 1929, in Phillipsburg, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Effie (Scott) Weidner. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Salvatore “Chick” Mason, who passed in 2005.

Joyce loved spending time with her friends at Manor Care, in Easton, PA, where she has resided for the past eight years and she greatly enjoyed being surrounded by her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she deeply cherished.

Joyce is survived by her children; Deborah Corona and her husband, Robert, of Palmer Township, PA, Frances Porter and her husband, John, of Nazareth, PA, Paula Moyer and her husband, Robert, of Warren Glen, NJ, and James Mason and his wife, Jo Ann, of Bethlehem, PA, her grandchildren; Jennifer and Christopher Corona, Robert Moyer III and his wife, Jacqueline, and Joseph Moyer, and Lauren Cawley and her husband, Nicholas, her great grandson, Luke Cawley, and her nieces and nephews. Along with her husband and her parents, Joyce was predeceased by her sister, Joan Everly.

Services are to be held privately. The Finegan Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements.
