Kristal Ann Bisher

Kristal Ann Bisher, 44, formerly of Phillipsburg, NJ, and currently of Kunkletown, PA, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family, on Sunday, December 26, 2021.

Born on August 5, 1977, in Easton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Hubert M. Haley and Judith A. (Hallet) Haley.

Kristal was raised in Phillipsburg, NJ, and was a proud graduate of Phillipsburg High School.  For the past 25 years, Kristal was employed by the Phillipsburg School District, having worked in several of the buildings as a secretary. Whatever her role in the district, Kristal brought laughter and smiles to her colleagues, as well as the students with whom she served.

Kristal leaves behind a loving family, who meant the world to her. Above all, was her pride and joy…her beautiful daughter, Isabella.

Along with her daughter, Isabella Bisher, and her mother, Judith, Kristal is survived by her husband, Russell H. Bisher, her brothers, Scott Haley and his wife Karen and Jeffrey Haley and his wife Karenann, her maternal grandmother, Jean Hallet, her nephew, Joseph Haley, her nieces, Katherine and Camille Haley, her mother’s husband, Michael Baylor and her many aunts, uncles and cousins. As well as her father, Kristal was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Russell Hallet and her paternal grandparents, Sanders and Rosie Haley.

A Viewing is scheduled for Wednesday, December 29, 2021, from 4 to 7 PM at the Finegan Funeral Home, 302 Heckman Street, Phillipsburg, NJ. There is an additional Viewing Period at the funeral home the following day, Thursday, December 30, 2021, from 9 to 11 AM, with a Funeral Service to directly follow. The interment will then be at the Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Township, PA.
