Lawrence Johnson
Lawrence Johnson, 81, of Easton, Pa., passed away on August 13th 2022, at his home surrounded by his family.
Lawrence was born July 6th, 1941, in Easton, Pa., a son of the late Alford and Helen Breiner Johnson.
He graduated from Easton High School Class of 1959. Lawrence was a Machinist at Pfizer until he retired in 2000. Lawrence married his wife the former Elizabeth McDonald on June 19th, 1966. Lawrence and Elizabeth were married for 48 years before she suddenly passed away in 2014.
You would see Lawrence walking his dog or riding his bicycle around town for miles. Lawrence was known as Dad or Pop-Pop he was a good hard loving man, he would’ve done anything for his family. He enjoyed working with his hands, fishing, enjoyed lottery tickets and his yearly Almanacs that he would read from front to back.
He is survived by one brother Alford Johnson, of Forks Twp., Pa., 3 Children Tina Johnson and Lawrence Johnson Jr., both of Easton, Pa., and the youngest Brandon Johnson of New Jersey. He was survived by one granddaughter Shirdina Wright of Wilson, Pa. Lawrence will be greatly missed. We can only hope his wife met him at the golden gates.
