Margaret M. Pierce

Margaret M. Pierce, 96, of Easton, Pa., passed away on September 30, 2021 at The Easton Home. Born on October 3, 1924, in Jersey City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Ellen Healey Pierce. Peg worked for Western Electric in Kearney, NJ, as an assembler for many years. She loved to crochet blankets. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings; Stephen, John, Daniel and Jerimiah Pierce. Peg is survived by her loving daughter, Bonnie Quigley and her husband, Gary of Forks Twp., Pa., her granddaughters, Rachel Tolomeo and her husband Mark, and Renee Walter and her husband, Richard. She is also survived by her seven great-grandchildren; Peyton, Mia, Ricky, Riley, Ryan, Blake and Ryder. Calling hours will be held on Monday, October 4, 2021 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm, at The Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Palmer Twp., PA.  An additional calling hour will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 8:45 to 9:45am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Ave., Palmer Twp., Pa. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, N. Arlington, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital  www.stjude.org
