Marie Hub
Born on September 9, 1922 in Phillipsburg, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Anna Kelaher Lilly.
Marie was employed by Ingersoll Rand for a short while before becoming a homemaker. She was a 1940 graduate of St Philip and St. James High School.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Paul Hub, Sr., who passed away in 2009. Also, preceded in death by a brother, Robert Lilly, and two sisters, Margaret Rader and Nancy Grainda.
She is survived by her children, Paul Hub, Jr., and his wife Mary Ann of Phillipsburg, NJ, James Hub and his wife, Patricia of Newtown, Pa., and Patricia Lear and her husband Mark of Bethlehem, Pa., her grandchildren, Courtney and her husband Scott, Erin and her husband Dave, Tyler, Shelby, Ryan and Chad, along with her five great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Quinn, James, Oliver and Vivian. Also, she is survived by many nieces and nephews
A Calling hour will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 9:15AM to 10:15AM in The Finegan Funeral Home, 924 2nd Ave., Alpha, NJ, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, Alpha, NJ. Interment will follow at Greenwich Cemetery, Greenwich Twp., NJ.
