Mary E. Linton

Mary E. Linton, 91, of Easton, Pa., passed away on February 6, 2022 at New Eastwood Healthcare.

She was born on January 4, 1931 in Lebanon, Pa., daughter of the late Joseph and Barbara Bauman Moyer. 

Mary was a Registered Nurse working at The Easton Home. She was a longtime member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, Easton, Pa., where she was a member of the Women's Guild. Mary was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America.

She graduated from St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing, Lancaster, Pa. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, James A. Linton, who passed away in 2016 and her brother, Joseph Moyer.

Mary is survived by her loving children; David J Linton and his wife Karen of Fletcher, N.C., Michael J. Linton and his wife Mary Lynn of Bethlehem, Pa., Ruth A. DeLong and her husband Douglas of Forks Twp., Pa., Mary Alice Godfrey and her husband Rick of York, Pa., Gail B. Kohut and her husband Thaddeus of Sun City, Arizona, and James F. Linton of Easton, Pa. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. 

Services will be held privately.
