Born on April 7, 1952 in Hellertown, Pa., he was the son of Francis Doddy and the late Marguerite Smoyer.
Patrick worked for the State of New Jersey as a State Building Inspector for many years. He was an avid camper, fisherman and outdoorsman; he took great joy in the simple things in life. He enjoyed his 30 plus years as a construction official and took great joy in helping those that needed his guidance. He enjoyed a good prank on the ones that he loved the most. The family enjoyed listening to him play his instruments. He had a lot of well thought out wisdom in “Pat’s infamous garage.” He enjoyed sitting around the campfire with his slab bacon and his grandchildren. He will truly be missed by all.
In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by his brother Joel Doddy.
