Pauline Brodhead

Pauline Brodhead, 92, of Bethlehem Twp., formerly of Palmer Twp., Pa., passed away on November 6, 2023 at Country Meadows, Bethlehem.

She was born on June 17, 1931 in Phillipsburg, NJ, a daughter of the late Paul and Anna Zwiski Piatt.

She was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School. In addition to raising a loving family, she worked as an assistant manager at Alice Kay. Fondly known as Nanny, she used to regularly babysit for her two grandchildren and was very proud of them. Later in life she lived at Country Meadows for nine years, where she took up art. Pauline created many beautiful art and ceramic gifts for family that will be treasured. She also used her creativity to make thoughtful and clever cards and loved playing games with family.

Pauline was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward Brodhead, and her siblings, Arthur Piatt and Anna Marie Smith.

She will be deeply missed by her children, daughter Denise Weaver and her husband John, and son William Schaefer and his wife Marlene; her grandchildren, grandson Scott Weaver and his wife Ashley, and granddaughter Kelly Weaver; and her brother Raymond Piatt.

Services will be held privately.
