Stephen Dobos, Jr.

Stephen Dobos, Jr., 79, of Moravian Hall Square, Nazareth, PA, passed away at St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus, on Wednesday, July 8, 2020.

Born on January 22, 1941, in Easton, PA, he was the only child of the late Stephen Dobos, Sr. and Elizabeth (Mizack) Dobos.

Stephen grew up in Alpha, NJ, and later moved to Palmer Township, PA. He was a 1959 graduate of Phillipsburg High School, was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was employed for many years by Western Electric, later AT&T and then Lucent Technologies.

Stephen traveled extensively throughout the United States where he enjoyed his hobby of photography. He also loved airplanes and trains and visited many plane and train museums and venues.

He is survived by two cousins, Carol Andrews, of Nazareth, PA, and Rosemarie Butz of Carmel, IN, and their families.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Finegan Funeral Home, with Graveside Services to be held privately.
