Vera D. Montagna
Born May 30, 1929, in Alpha, she was the daughter of the late Giocchino Montesi and Albina Luzzietti Montesi. She was also predeceased by her husband, Thomas Montagna, granddaughter, Rebecca Ajhar, as well as several brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Montagna was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and the Golden Age Club.
Survivors are her children: Gloria Ajhar and husband Gary, of Bethlehem Township, PA, and Thomas Montagna and wife Bonnie, of Little Egg Harbor, N.J. She is also survived by grandson Todd Montagna and sister, Mafalda Giancamilli of Alpha.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, February 10, 2020, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am at the Finegan Funeral Home at 924 2nd Avenue in Alpha, N.J., followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church on 5th Avenue in Alpha. The interment will be at St. Mary Cemetery.
