Diana Maslonka

Diana Maslonka, 79, of Phillipsburg, NJ, passed away peacefully at Country Meadows, Bethlehem, PA, on April 18, 2024. She was born on November 9, 1944, in Phillipsburg, NJ to Pietro and Mary Giovannoli DiVittorio. She graduated from Phillipsburg High School in 1961. 

She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, John Maslonka, her sons, Joel Maslonka of Wyomissing, PA, and Chris Maslonka and his wife Mary Maslonka of Alpha, NJ, her brother Roger DiVittorio and his wife Francis DiVittorio of Phillipsburg, NJ and her grandchildren Brianna, Caitlin, Michael, and Mehgan Maslonka, and Nick and Emily Maslonka. She is predeceased by her siblings Emma Pearson, Bertha Jean Amey, Victor J. DiVittorio, Hugo DiVittorio, Ernest DiVittorio, and Alfred DiVittorio. 

Diana worked for the Phillipsburg School District for 32 years, first as an ESP and then as the principal’s secretary.  She was an avid Yankees fan who enjoyed going out to eat with friends and family and anything involving her grandchildren. 

Calling hours will be held from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at the Finegan Funeral Home, 302 Heckman Street, Phillipsburg, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 25, at St. Phillip and James Roman Catholic Church, 403 South Main St., Phillipsburg, NJ.
